On September 16, 2017, from 1-8 PM the Long Beach Vets for Peace along with Per Se The Band will present a CONCERT FOR PEACE at the Long Beach Recreation Park Band Shell. The address is 4901 E. 7th St., located on the corner of 7th and Park Avenue. This event is in solidarity with the International Day of Peace on September 21 and International Peace Week. The event will be about recognition, awareness, and promotion of people and organizations that support the Disabled Performing Arts,

Youth Programs, Youth Sports, and Veterans issues through music, poetry, dance, tables and speeches. The theme of the event will be to promote Peace in our community and our world. All contributors will share their talents and expertise to yield a positive message sorely needed in our country and around the world.
