"Why the Massacres in Iraq are Totally Predictable"

Please join us for a discussion with Eduardo Cohen, a Vietnam veteran who is one of the national leaders of Veterans for PeacMap of IraqMr. Cohen’s worldview is informed by 15 years of interviews and research as the host/producer of the "The Other Americas Radio Journal", and his extensive travels through Israel, the Palestinian territories, Iraq, and other Middle East countries.

He periodically appears as a free lance reporter and independent columnist in the US news media, often focusing on the role of racism and propaganda in framing and interpreting US foreign policy.

Mr. Cohen also examines how American news media have become willing conduits of government propaganda by adopting rather than challenging the premises by which succeeding administrations have fashioned policy.
